The Dual Nature of love

Love is a sunbeam in the heart's tender dawn,

Its warmth can bloom roses on the darkest lawn.

Yet, love's fierce storm can rend a soul apart,

Leaving scars etched deep within the heart.

It gives us wings to soar above the sky,

But grounds us in tears when dreams pass by.

Love's whisper can heal the deepest wounds we bear,

Its gentle touch, a balm for every care.

But love's sharp edge can cut with bitter strife,

Casting shadows that linger through a life.

In love's embrace, we find our truest song,

Yet sometimes in its loss, we wander long.
